I was scared of Pat when I first joined Marsh. She had an aura about her that made me think she was important and that I needed to stay out of her way before I even knew who she was. I was always worried about going to ask her something until I joined the Ops team when I learned how friendly and helpful Pat actually was. I’d often help her with tech issues and we’d spend forever on the phone ranting about this, that and the other. Though we didn’t speak often, I really enjoyed those conversations with Pat and learnt a lot about her as well as from her about Marsh and the working world. The office just won’t be the same without her.
