With Chloe’s passing I have lost a true and dear friend.

We first met when Sam and Cameron were in Primary One. The boys bonded over a misplaced blazer in the cloakroom; Chloe and I bonded over coffee, wine, walks, swimming, fun and laughter.

Chloe was a wonderful mix of kindness, generosity, empathy, love and a touch of chaos. We spent many happy times together and I will treasure my memories of her.

Chloe loved her beautiful family more than anything else in her life. She was so proud of Steve, Maisie, Sam and Coral and loved sharing stories and photos of their many talents, achievements and family times together.

This photograph was taken at Loch Lomond last summer. We spent a few lovely days there with the children last summer  at the family’s caravan – Chloe’s ‘happy place’. I will remember her just like this – relaxed, happy and beautiful. 💗
