Richard Hulmes

A Book of Remembrance of Mr Richard Hulmes, the immediate past Chief Executive of The Safety Assessment Federation (SAFed).

 

Richard was an integral part of SAFed and its history given he passionately held the reins from 2004 until his retirement in March 2020. Richard was a committed advocate for the engineering inspection industry and was extremely well respected. We know that many will wish to express their best wishes to Richard’s family at this sad time, as well as leaving notes of remembrance.
