Phoebe Grime

Born on 22 April 2001 at Stoke Mandeville hospital after a tense drive !

Sister to Tom (Born 11 April 1996) and Hamish (Born 27 April 1998).

A passion for life encompassing the joys of surfing, ice hockey, the sea, and with huge enthusiasm Phoebe life was tragically cut short at Newcastle University on 5 June 2021 after a period fighting depression.

She leaves many friends from Kent and University while her caring and selfless attitude has led her to donate many organs to help others live better lives.

We, Phoebe’s family and friends hope that these pages will help people to share both joyful and sad memories of this special person so we can enjoy not what was taken from us but what we had the privilege of sharing.

A couple of times I had the pleasure of joining Phoebe mixing up recipes for mud cakes in a little old cauldron she had. She grinned from ear to ear as we made it more and more disgusting. …
