Nigel was the most wonderful doctor one could wish for, during the time my husband John was ill, over many years, the support and care from Nigel was unstinting, quite extraordinary as was his care for all our family. As the President of the Parkinsons Group that I was Chair of for many years, again, his support was always there. Choose one or more methods.

Note "Your Condolence Message - Image" can also be used along with "Your Condolence Message - Text" to add an associated image if not using Option 2) to add a handwritten message.
