Dad, we’re so proud of you. Thankyou for never giving up the fight, for always putting your family first and providing us with unconditional love. We’re so lucky to have you as our father and wouldn’t change you for the world. As promised Pieter John will always grow knowing all about his Grandad Croft. One day we will be together again. We’ve always loved you so very much xxx
