Frank L Walton RDP FRPSL

Frank sadly passed away on 1st April 2022 after a short illness.

His tragic loss will be mourned by every member of the Royal Philatelic Society London, and his contribution to philately is acknowledged to be one of the greatest in the history of the Society. We offer our heartfelt condolences to Liz, and the members of their family and their many friends.
