A Book of Remembrance

Elaine Fallon

Elaine Fallon

Elaine Fallon joined the NHS working for North West London in September 2010 working in Kensington & Chelsea PCT working with the various iterations of organisations for over 12 years until September 2022.

Elaine worked with Hammersmith and Fulham and joined West London to first work in the Corporate team, before joining the West London Primary Care team where she was integral to first the Commuity Education Provider Network and later the Training Hub where she supported in commissioning programmes of training to support the education of General Practices staff across Kensington and Chelsea and beyond.

The Network Learning Forums were monthly educational sessions that brought secondary care consultants out into the community and were hugely successful. These moved online before the pandemic which saw Elaine become an expert in MS Teams live events which meant she knew more than anyone else in NW London about this topic which led to her being very in demand as everyone moved to work virtually at the start of the pandemic.

Outside of work, Elaine often gave glimpses into the many and varied lives that she had led before joining the NHS whether it be working on film sets, or abroad in Morocco. Elaine had a son (Freddie) and daughter (Georgie) that she was very close to and was also supported by her sister and her family that lived close-by so she always told me she had plenty of support with whatever she faced.

Elaine’s funeral will take place on Friday 14th April, 10:00 at Mortlake Crematorium. If you would like to attend the funeral, please RSVP directly to: teresarebello445@gmail.com

Her family have suggested rather than donating to flowers that they would welcome donations to Princess Alice’s Hospice or Pancreatic Cancer Research.
