Craig Outlaw

Due to Covid-19 restrictions unfortunately there will be a lot of people who would like to attend the funeral and pay their respects that can’t. My Uncle, Craig Outlaw passed away peacefully in his own home in Sherston on the 15th February, and I have purchased this remembrance book so that you can all share your memories of uncle Craig with his daughter Ashbie and his brother Shaun.

THIS is the Craig I will always remember. Fly safe my friend and one day we will all meet again …

Fiona Oosthuizen. “. Bogg Roll “

Craig Outlaw was the most amazing gentleman . I am honoured to have been in the household for fifteen months .  The name Bogg Roll stuck for all that time . Loved the walks around Sherston at the darkest hours , down Boogie Lane . I watched every Episode of Only Fools and Horses ,Bottom & movies such as  Whitney ( which Vanessa had suggested during one of the early AM   “Help” phone calls to her.) Listening to Elvis , Michael Jackson and ” Marley Bob” . The 3am marmite on toast , chips with butter ……   Times to the pub to relax . Craig was such a wise man , lots of advice – never eat the berries on the bushes on the road side , only in the fields .   Craig made my job worth while , I’ve never been as happy as I was when I was at Butlers Close with Craig and Ashbie .   Thank you Vanessa for having me as a part of the household for so long  . Craig will always hold a special place within me .              My sincere condolences to Shaun and Ashbie …

There are way to many memories… Uncle Craig meant the absolute world to me, he made my day EVERYDAY, I loved absolutely everything about him, even his mischievous cheeky ways! He genuinely had no filter, he made me laugh every single day. Looking after uncle Craig over these past few years and having his as an uncle forever was an absolute joy, and I’ve enjoyed every single second of it, even when he had the carers calling me up at 3am in the morning to talk about randoms like Jean Claude van damme and Whitney Houston ❤️ I loved talking about old times with uncle Craig.. the old times kept uncle Craig strong and focused on surviving, he loved his family more than anything in the world, that’s one of the many things we had in common and one of our main subjects of conversation. Uncle Craig would always talk about work he’d done, give me tips on DIY, when I say tips… I mean orders 😂 decorating his house I used a roller and he was not happy.. “vanessa use a brush, a 14 inch brush, 🙄” when I was a kid, sleepovers and nights at uncle Craig’s, …
